The Mind Game

Nobody can understand a Man like her women and nobody can Love her like her Man. Still men keep asking for love and women keeps asking for understanding without realizing that
The opposite is true.

Aayansh as most Bengalis are was a lazy bastard and bed was his kingdom. After spending so much time together Brishti was well aware of this fact. I guess after spending so many years together you start to know each other.

However there is one thing that always puzzled me; how couples have a strange force that can detect even the slightest of disconnect.
Brishti and Aayansh were no different.

With just over 5 minutes when Brishti realized Aayansh was not in his bed. Now that is one hell of a connection.
Where the hell is he”…Brishti thought getting up just to see the door of the balcony open and a dusky figure.  Even though she knew Aayansh way too well…With sleep in her eyes it all she could see…A dusky figure.

What the in the fucking world ae you doing here in the middle of the night”...was the question she wanted to ask.
But she settled for  “Is everything alright??”

Now this is where it interesting because it's not a question it's a trap Brishti  carefully layered for Aayansh...No matter what he answers he will be punished for waking her up in middle of night…
But not tonight…May be a few days, weeks or even months later...the longer it takes the harder you get punished.

Aayansh was no kid either he too quickly calculated the option he had from faking a crying to faking a Heart attack. Crying was by far the best options but he can't remember a single incident that can make his eyes wet.
Fuck I should maintain a log for all emotional stuff that can make me cry for days like this" Aayansh thought.

Since the first attempt was wasted Brishti slowly hugged him from behind.. Asking
Are you alright Aayu??”  Rubbing her face on his bare back.
Her voice was sounded sleepy but still it had that childlike innocence. Even when angry she didn’t lose the love she carried for him.

It’s nothing I am not sleepy, you go ahead and sleep I will join you in some time” Aayansh mumbled hoping she will not recognize that he was down a couple of drinks.

Don’t keep me waiting for long…the bed feels cold without you by my side”… Brishti said with same innocence as before. Brishti was that ball fur always soft, always cozy. Innocence was the thing Aayansh  fell in love long long time ago.

I know you in out Aayu its Brishti=1 and Aayansh=0” ….Brishti gave a wicked smile.

If you really think love is all that you can see in a Yash Johar movies with deep cleavages and cliché dialogs. This is also a shade of love…Love at its core.
